We are delighted to host you and your family. To make sure everyone enjoys their stay and that the property remains a relaxing place for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.

1. ✅  Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00pm

• Check-out time: 11:00am

• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

• Upon check-out, please ensure that all lights, appliances, and air-conditioning units are turned off.

2. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guest Capacity & 🧑‍🤝‍🧑Visitors

• Maximum number of guests allowed: [Insert number].

• Registered guests only. Visitors are allowed only with prior notice and approval.

• Overnight visitors not included in the booking are not permitted.

3. 🌙 Quiet Hours & Respect for Neighbors

• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• Please keep noise at a considerate level at all times, especially outdoors and near the river.

• Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved.

4.  🧹Cleanliness & House Care

• Please keep the house tidy throughout your stay.

• Dispose of garbage properly in the bins provided. Segregate when possible.

• Furniture and appliances must not be moved or taken outside.

• Stains, damages, or missing items may be charged to the guest.

• The kitchen is fully available for your use. Kindly wash dishes and cooking utensils after use.

5.  🚭 Smoking, Alcohol & Prohibited Substances

• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

• A designated smoking area is available outdoors.

• Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but please drink responsibly.

• Illegal drugs or substances are strictly prohibited.

6. 🔒 Safety & Security

• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the house.

• Turn off all electrical appliances when not in use.

• Do not leave valuables unattended. We are not responsible for loss or theft.

• Open flames such as candles, fireworks, or bonfires inside the property are not allowed.

7. 🧒 Children & 🐾 Pets

• Children are welcome! Please supervise them at all times, especially near the river and outdoor areas.

• Pets are allowed. They must be supervised and waste disposed of properly.

8. 🌳 Use of Outdoor & Nature Areas

• Please respect nature and the surroundings. Do not litter near the river or garden.

• Avoid loud music and activities that may disturb wildlife or neighbors.

• Outdoor furniture and amenities must be used responsibly.

9. ⚠️  Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

• Report damages immediately so we can resolve them promptly.

• The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises.

10. ✅ Departure Guidelines

Before leaving:

• Wash used dishes and utensils.

• Gather all trash and place it in the designated bins.

• Return furniture and items to their original place.

• Ensure keys are returned as instructed.
